Customers Fault Description : Light indicates unit is working but it is not making the bed controls function
This bed massage controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be sending a signal but it was erratic in functionality. Sometimes the signal dissapeared.
This was found to be a faulty / dirty mode switch. Switch cleaner was sprayed into the mode switch and full functionality was restored.
