Customers Fault Description : The remote has a display and it not coming on. I took the batteries out to recharge and now the remote is not working
This shower controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be powering up. On opening the usual water damage was not found so an extensive component test was carried out but unfortunately a issue could not be found. It was therefore concluded that one of the main processors was at fault, as these processors are not available as spares a repair could not be completed.
