Customers Fault Description : Metal breaks off from motherboard that connects to the battery to operate. It require soldering/welding.
This Garage door controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a disconnected battery terminal. The terminal was refitted and both were then reinforced using solder. Full functionality was restored.
