Customers Fault Description : No power at all. Not aware of any liquid spills.
This AV receiver remote arrived safely and on adding a power source was found not to be functioning.
On opening there was contaminated print (see image), this was shorting out various parts of the print.
The PCB was cleaned using alcohol and the pads washed to remove all contaminants. Full functionality was restored.
