Customers Fault Description : no power on hand set
This Riviera caravan motor mover remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was badly damaged, a replacement was fitted but the dead issue continued. A component test was carried out and it was found that Q39013 (3J/3JY) was burnt up, (probably due to the erroneous battery cable shorting). A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
