PDT KF04-433RC shutter Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote got wet and is just constantly lit until the batteries die but buttons don’t work/function
This Shutter controller arrived safely and on inspection the bottom 2 buttons were shorted out due to a vast amount of contamination. Also part of the PCB array under the buttons had signs of corrosion.
The contamination was removed and the corrosion etched away. This restored normal functionality to the control
Please note that it may be possible that you need to re-pair the control with its corresponding receiver which can happen after it being engulfed in liquid.
