Customers Fault Description : Not igniting Fire
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on inspection the remote had batteries inserted but the controller had no power.
The batteries were tested and found to be dead. The handset was tested with fully charged batteries and the remote fire up and tested as working.
The item was opened to see if there was a reason for a possible intermittent fault but no issue could be found. This has deemed this item as "no fault found" and it may have just been a case of new batteries needed.
