Customers Fault Description : WATER DAMAGE AFTER BEING THROUGH WASHING MACHINE
This garage door controller arrived safely and on inspection the board had a large amount of corrosion due to the water damage.
The board was given an alcohol bath to remove all contaminants and also the contacts of the button pads were thoroughly cleaned.
This restored full functionality.
