Customers Fault Description : INTERMITTENT FAULT ON THE HEAD LIFT BUTTON
This Tempur remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty lead, in the remote end the cable was cut back a few inches to remove the faulty part and then the cable was refitted.
This restored full functionality
