Customers Fault Description : Cannot turn fire on with the remote but can turn it down and off
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to not be responding on the up channel.
The issue was found to be due to a faulty 40.5 crystal ion the receiver.
A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
