Customers Fault Description : buttons not responding

 

This ceiling mounted heater control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged facia with 3 button caps missing.

The facia was peeled back and replacement button caps fitted under the facia, then a plastic sheet was fitted  over the top to give a little protection against water contamination.  Please note that this item is not waterproof and therefore great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
