Customers Fault Description : Same as in your ad, no power from remote,no buttons working, changed batteries, but no joy, unable to use dock at all
This Fatman iPod dock controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on every button press.
The item was opened to see if there was a intermittent issue but no problem could be found. It has therefore been concluded that this item is not in need of repair.
