Customers Fault Description : New batteries but unit still fails to operate. this is the back up unit.
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press. A frequency test was carried out and it is within its working range. The item was checked for any reason for an intermittent fault but sadly no issue could be found.
It is possible that this item just need re-pairing with its corresponding receiver as a fault diagnosis has found no issues.
