Verine Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Buttons see tomwork as light indicates so but does not turn on fire place every time. It’s extremely intermittent which is frustrating and leads me to think is a fault with the remote rather than the fire.
This Verine remote arrived safely and was found to be suffering from the usual button issue, all 4 buttons were replaced and normal functionality was restored.
