Customers Fault Description : new batteries in but no red light when remote used on it the remote is working
This Dru gas fire remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be sending a signal on either the up and down channels.
This was due to a faulty US transducer, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
