Customers Fault Description : The faulty column buttons
This TV Soundbar remote arrived safely and on testing was responding sporadically on each button press (the volume down was non responsive) also the battery compartment has a broken faster.
On opening the issue was found to be poor solder joints around the main IC. The chip was cleaned up and resoldered which restored normal functionality on all buttons.
