Customers Fault Description : The remote control appears to be working as the red light flashes when buttons pressed. The receiver appears to be faulty and it appears the previous batteries have leaked. No red light flashes when new batteries were inserted.
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the receiver was found to have a badly corroded battery block due to a battery leakage. The battery block was replaced which restored full functionality.
