Customers Fault Description : The button that controls the flame is not working.
This fireplace remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was broken (this cannot be replaced)
On testing the buttons were found to be faulty as well as the battery cable. The battery cable and all 4 buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
