Customers Fault Description : The upper button will not ignite the fire from pilot light to full gas
The lower button still seems to work
This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on the up channel.
This was due to a faulty 40.5 khz oscillator, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
