Customers Fault Description : ir not working am unable to operate or program air con unit. checked with camera and the ir is not working .changed batteries same.
This aircon controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be sending a signal as per normal operation.
The remote was opened to check for anything that could cause an intermittent issue but no problem could be found, therefore a repair is not required.
