Customers Fault Description : I think moisture must have got into it
This bathroom TV controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting but only on a few buttons.
When opened there was some moisture over the PCB, the board was dried and cleaned using alcohol which restored normal functionality to all buttons.
