Customers Fault Description : Remote switches fire on and off but does not switch the heat on or off so the low or high settings are not working
This electric fire remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have sluggsih / non responsive buttons.
When opened this was found to be due to contamination over the button array. This was cleaned up which restored normal functionality
