Customers Fault Description : None of the buttons are working. There is no response from any part of it.
This electric fire remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be sending a non regular signal intermittently on each button press. This is a issue caused by a faulty resonator.
A replacement was fitted which restored a normal consistent signal.
