Customers Fault Description : Not working No Red Light I have replaced battery Only stopped working last week

 

This garage door remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from its button press.
 
This was due to a faulty button, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
 
The battery cable was also replaced.
