Customers Fault Description : Remote does not switch on. Have trird three different sets of batteries
This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be powering on.
There were 2 issues found, the first was the terminals were showing signs of corrosion and the main issue was that the PCB mounting clip had broken meaning that the switch would not engage correctly. The board was hot glued into place and the terminals recoated with conductive material which restored full functionality.
