Customers Fault Description : The remote has stopped working the red light does not come on.

This willowbrook bed control arrived safely and on inspection the cable seemed to be damaged near the flex protector.

The cable was cut back to eliminate the broken wire issue.

Item was paid for and returned 11 months after repair completion
