Dometic Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Dometic

Customers Fault Description : Hi as per telephone conversation on Saturday morning can you please check operation and also repair battery holder. Also you talked about pairing remote with window.

 

This window controller arrived safely and on opening was confirmed to have faulty battery terminals, a couple of magnets were in place of the missing terminals.

Replacement terminals were fitted and hot melt glued in place due to broken retaining clips.

When tested the control was then sending as per normal operation.
