Model : RCS-01C
Customers Fault Description : Nothing is working since it was dropped. Put new batteries in but still nothing
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the fault was eventually found to be with the IC which sadly is encapsulated in resin making a repair not possible.
Luckily we were able to offer the customer a cloned control that will work with the fire.
