Customers Fault Description : REMOTE CONTROL NOT WORKING
This fire remote arrived safely and on inspection the remote was loose and missing its mounting screw. The battery cable was broken and also a mounting pin for the PCB was missing. The battery cable was replaced and the PCB glued firmly back into position and then the fixing screw was replaced.
Full functionality was restored.
