Customers Fault Description : Not functioneel buttons ( especially fire down). Receiver functioning fine.

This fireplace control arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing was found to have sluggish responding buttons.
This was due to high resistance on the buttons contacts. The buttons were cleaned up which restored full functionality.
