Customers Fault Description : Display show scontrol but goes off when used next to unit and unit does not respond, it has been intermittent

This Aircon controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on any function.
This was found to be due to a faulty IR LED, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
