Customers Fault Description : Main ignition buttons are temperamental and the increase and decrease buttons are non operational

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

 

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have dead / sluggish button response.

All four button were replaced which restored full functionality.
