Customers Fault Description : up button top right on remote almost impossible to move down button top left does not always work, needs pushing more than once

This adjustable sleepeezee bed handset arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive / dead buttons.
This was due to worn button pad contacts, replacement conductive button pads were fitted which restored full functionality.
