Customers Fault Description : No Buttons working
This remote arrived and was not functioning at all, no illumination from teh red LED as well as no infra red transmission.
The fault on this remote was caused by a faulty selector switch and poor soldering. This was remedied by removing the switch and bathing in switch cleaner and then resoldered all the poor joints. Full functionality has now been restored (see the testing video below)
